CONELE intensive mixer and granulating/pelletizing mixer
The CONELE Intensive Mixer & granulating/pelletizing mixer feature a unique three-dimensional turbulent inclined structure and rapid rotor operation technology. Through the synergistic effect of a low-speed rotating mixing drum and an eccentric rotor, materials form a "three-dimensional tornado" inside the equipment, instantly achieving triple mixing of shear, convection, and diffusion. This design ensures a mixing uniformity of up to 100%. Even trace additives (such as 0.1% binders) can be uniformly dispersed to the surface of each particle.
